Warming Up for Action Sports
Boardsports require explosive energy … you’d better always get warmup and get ready before any action.
Do You Want to Practise action sports ?
Ok … but just take 30 s. to understand why your body needs to get warmed up before any Action. If you want to progress without injury, no neet to stay focus 100% operational to give your best preveting any physical problem.
To reach your goals (no mater what they are …) keep in mind that you body IS YOUR BEST ALLY AND YOUR ONLY LIMIT (i.e. your only ennemy …)
